Jimmy is amazing. He is very gentle and makes every attempt at keeping us comfortable. Very good sense of humor. Always smiling.
Rashida King is great at what she does. Very thorough with the physical and does her best to make us laugh and smile. She is a team player. She jumps in whenever and wherever needed. Very pleasant, kind and sincere. You need more her.

First time donor money is great but now I find out I will only get $35 that is so low and really its not worth the time and hassle. The people are very friendly and good at what they do but I am very very disappointed at how little they give especially since plasma is worth its wait in platinum

The people at the Bio life center in Springfield was very helpful and kind. Sometimes it took awhile but mostly it went fairly fast. I could not give every time which was disappointing but it was because I was low in iron. I want to try again sometime when another special is on.

My sister was given a positive HIV from you all which ruined her life only to find out it was a false positive. Now you all won't return calls and address this issue. She became suicidal because of you all gross negligence.It interfered with her marriage. I plan to go to the governor's mansion and advocate holding up bill boards raising awareness to the fact that you all give fake positives and fake negatives, giving plasma just isn't safe anymore. I would hate to think that you all maybe giving false negatives to real HIV recipients

It took a 3 hour appointment (no plasma taken) and then 7 weeks for them to tell me I don't qualify for donation. Incredibly outdated and exclusive criteria for being able to donate (ie. you can't be a gay man, gay sex is a deferral). Don't even bother wasting your time.

I decided to try something new and went to donate plasma today. I will probably never attempt again. They said it would take 2 hours including the donation. I was treated very rudely from the time I walked into the door until the nurse said I couldnt donate because of a medical issue every dr I have said is not a problem. If they would have had the common courtesy to return calls I called had a drs excuse for them. thank you BioLife Plasma Services in columbus for wasting my gorgeous Saturday afternoon. I gave up 3 hours of my life for nothing. I wasn’t able to help someone out like I wanted. Most people do it for the pay but I would have made more working my job. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. Out of 5 stars I give you a 0. This happened April 15th but for some reason this keeps putting me to the13th

Kelci is the best!! She always makes me comfortable and she never misses a stick. I absolutely love coming into biolife doing my due diligence. I wouldn't have it any other way.
